Scope and eligibility
This owner-adopted Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms for every LimitLine account and is scheduled to become effective prospectively with the exact version shown. It is not represented as reviewed by licensed counsel. Account holders must be at least 18 and may not evade an eligibility or acceptance gate.
Use only where authorized
Users must have permission and legal authority for the properties, people, contacts, photos, records, professional services, and connected systems they place in LimitLine.
- Do not use maps, parcel data, routes, or location features to trespass, evade access restrictions, harass, stalk, surveil, or endanger another person.
- Do not claim a boundary, ownership record, recommendation, stored credential, or workspace role proves legal access, licensure, insurance, compliance, or physical presence.
- Do not upload another person’s precise location, contact information, image, or private record without a lawful basis and appropriate consent.
Illegal, dangerous, and abusive conduct
Users may not use LimitLine to facilitate unlawful hunting, poaching, fraud, threats, violence, discrimination, exploitation, unsafe commercial activity, or any violation of wildlife, weapon, land-use, privacy, communications, or consumer-protection law.
- Never use Field Check-ins as a false emergency report or to trigger unwanted messages.
- Never use professional workspaces to misrepresent prices, availability, refunds, credentials, or the identity of a guide, outfitter, club, or client.
- Never upload malware, abusive content, non-consensual intimate content, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
Service and security integrity
Users may not bypass access controls, scrape or bulk-extract restricted data, probe systems without authorization, overload providers, defeat rate limits, share secrets, automate account creation, interfere with other workspaces, or reverse engineer in a way prohibited by applicable law.
Supported integrations must use approved credentials and documented flows. Uncontracted camera, parcel, delivery, payment, or other provider access must not be represented as supported.
Professional responsibilities
Clubs, guides, and outfitters remain responsible for their own laws, licenses, insurance, permissions, client contracts, waivers, taxes, refunds, employment practices, communications consent, safety plans, and recordkeeping. LimitLine workflows do not replace those duties.
Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected abuse, infringement, harassment, privacy harm, or unsafe use to support@thefounderygroup.com. Do not use email for an emergency or send credentials, payment-card data, precise location histories, private photos, or contact lists.
LimitLine may preserve relevant evidence and apply a proportionate, time-bounded restriction while reviewing active harm. It will provide notice and an appeal through Support when practicable. Immediate restriction is permitted when delay creates material security, safety, unlawful-use, or rights harm. Content review does not determine whether a security incident is a legally reportable breach.
